The Dixie Group offers many educational development opportunities to its associates. These include WorkKeys assessment and training, GED preparation and college tuition reimbursement.
Our in-house programs include leadership development, computer training, and quality/teamwork training. WorkKeys is the foundation for all our in-house training programs. The WorkKeys system includes job analysis to determine educational qualifications for specific jobs, assessments in basic work related skills, and training to raise associate skill levels.
